PhD in Economics, lecturer at the Department of Public Relations at the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” and a Research Fellow at the University of Manchester. As an expert in gender equality, Iryna actively cooperates with international organisations and donors including UN Women, USAID, GIZ, CUTIS, and UNDP. Her approach is rooted in bridging theory and practice through the “science–education–business” triangle.

Expert who leads the Local Economic Development Program at UMAEF, supporting systemic reforms across Ukraine and Moldova.  She is the founder of the International Mayors Summit, fostering partnerships among local government leaders, and served as Regional Ambassador of Technovation Girls in Ukraine for 7 years. Iryna is a member of the Advisory Board of Promprylad Foundation. Previously, she was Director of ADETEF Office in Ukraine (France agency for technical assistance). A graduate of the College of Europe, she is the author of the award-winning children’s book “City Is Me” translated in 3 languages.
