Workshop Day, Oct 23

Empowering Women in Tech
Strong technical skills are essential in the dynamic and fast-paced world of technology. However, soft skills and personal branding are equally crucial for career advancement and personal growth. Our workshop day is dedicated to empowering women in tech by enhancing their soft skills and personal branding. We have gathered experts and leaders in professional development, mentorship, and career coaching to share valuable insights and practical tips for women looking to elevate their presence and impact in the tech industry.

Conference Day, Oct 24

Workplace stage
Achieving Gender Diversity Through Branding, Marketing, and Beyond
The tech industry is a talent-driven domain that continuously sets new benchmarks in HR practices, diversity, leadership, and management. It is also one of the early adopters of diversity standards and practices because here, like nowhere else, we understand the value that diversity brings to creativity, problem-solving, planning, or responding to crises. At the same time, the tech industry remains a male-dominated field. We invited leaders and experts in recruitment, professional development, employee experience, and talent management to discuss best practices and solutions that could help achieve greater gender diversity in the tech industry and beyond.
Leadership Stage
Female Leadership and Career Development in Tech
The share of women in the IT domain hardly reaches 30% in many markets, and the global ratio of women in IT leadership roles is below 20%. The tech industry is not immune to common challenges for women, whether it is a biased attitude, a “glass ceiling,” or a “sticky floor.” Yet, the percentage of women in IT is constantly growing, and we witness more and more female founders of successful tech startups and women taking top positions in global tech companies. We invited outstanding female leaders from various backgrounds to share their stories of overcoming barriers and building successful careers in tech.
Tech Stage
Tech Stories by Women
The tech industry is rapidly evolving, and women's contributions to this space are becoming increasingly significant. Despite challenges such as gender bias, underrepresentation, and cultural hurdles, women in tech are breaking barriers and shaping the future of technology. In this stage, we bring together inspiring female experts who have made remarkable strides in groundbreaking technologies to share their experiences, insights, and stories of innovation.
