Michelle Machado is a Product Designer at Visma, based in Lisbon, working at the intersection of design and product management. With an engineering background, she designs B2B SaaS and AI-powered products, partnering closely with product and engineering teams from discovery to delivery.

For over two years, she has co-organized Ladies that UX Lisbon, helping build a community where women in design connect, learn and grow their careers together. She believes strong communities are one of the most powerful accelerators of a career in tech.
