Liliia pursued LLM degrees in Ukraine and the Netherlands and a postgraduate degree in the UK. She has about 13 years of experience in legal advice, international development, human rights and child protection, women's economic empowerment, project management, election observation, statelessness and energy. Currently she leads the GBV Prevention team at UNFPA Ukraine.
Liliia won 4 cases in the European Court of Human Rights and led 1 successful case of representing a third party before the European Court of Justice.
